AS-BUILT FLOOR PLANS

We are capable of generating accurate as-built floor plans of single family homes, multi-family homes, and condo complexes, commercial or industrial properties. We use latest laser devices to measure building interior as well as exterior structures and this data is directly transferred on field computer as raw data which is ultimately merged into architectural CAD program. We have integrated laser devises with sophisticated CAD module servers which produces accurate plans.

We do three types of as-built floor design plans:

1)      Basic plan: Describes basic floor plans with all windows and doors with dimensions.

2)      Standard Plan:  Describes basic floor plans with all windows and doors. In addition, these plans also illustrate the electrical outlets, communication outlets and HVAC openings.

3)      Advanced Plan: Similar to standard plan but includes energy compliance (title 24) report & property inspection report and identifies specifics on the floor plans.

We can also translate basic architectural paper plans to CAD files.
