We have 24 hour turn around if complete information is available. Our rate schedule is as follows:

Residential

Up to 2500 sft - $225

2501 – 5000 sft -$350

5001 sft - 10,000 sft - $475

Add 25% more for urgent same day reports.

Commercial

The cost of preparing commercial title-24 report depends on the project.
