DESIGN & DRAFTING

Our design & drafting department uses industry standard professional CAD software programs related to architecture, landscape, lighting, 3-D and animation resulting in high quality plans. We are equipped with latest wide format color printers, copiers which are networked to high-end servers. All 36”X24” and larger plan & permit documents are printed, copied and sets are made in our design & drafting department.

We follow California Building Code (CBC), UBC and IRC guidelines. All our designs are compliance to local codes in addition to California Building Code. We work with local cities during all phases of new home building permit process. Our designers go over 600+ code check list and see the plans are as per CBC and local code. We will also make necessary changes as per local code requirements. We do not charge additional fees for any changes/modifications in the plan as required by the building department. We work with third party engineering services for our soil analysis, structural, mechanical engineering plan design specifications.

Our new home plan sets are unique and contain more than 20 pages (36”X24”) detailing all aspects of building required by cities building departments. Plan set also include energy compliance (title 24) report.
